CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of your spot in any class 7 days or more before the class begins, you will be entitled to a refund of your registration minus a $25 processing fee.
If a cancellation occurs 4-6 days before commencement of the class you are entitled to a credit towards another future class minus a processing fee of $25.
Cancellation 72 hours before commencement of a class will result in no refunds or credits being given.If you withdraw from a Visiting Artist course of any length:
PLEASE NOTE: Class credit does not guarantee a spot in a future class. There must be space available, and you must call Kim to register and finalise any additional class fees.
At least two weeks (14 days) or more before the first day of class, your registration fee will be refunded, minus a $25 processing fee.
13 to 8 days before the first day of clas, you are entitled to receive a CREDIT towards a future class, minus a $25 processing fee.
No refunds or credits will be given 7 days or less before the first day of class.
All class credits are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
